Meet Melissa.

A Lieutenant in the Seattle Fire Department with over 15 years of service, and a fitness addict/enthusiast her entire life, Melissa Woolsey has learned a few things about the human body and how it performs, wants to perform, should perform, and can perform.  With this experience, she has developed a system of functional training that establishes a set of foundational blocks, which has proven to enhance performance, prevent injury, and create “body awareness”.

Her passion for fitness and helping others, is the driving force behind her commitment to providing the most innovative, safe, and effective programs; to assist each client in reaching their full potential; and to continue developing her skills and knowledge with the most current research in the field.
